St Andrews Preservation Trust: Exposed as major backers of plan to block new school

So there you have it! The Preservation Trust are possibly the biggest backers of the Judicial review. It would be scandalous if STEPAL were to be granted a protective cost order and have the tax payer foot the bill. The Preservation Trust are worth 1.5 million, surely they should be liable for all the costs……
